1. Loss of jobs - computers do a lot of work that used to be done by people. Machine can do difficult, dangerous and repetitive tasks without getting tired and losing concentration. Computers have made many office workers redundant. As computers are used more and more in the work place, people with little computer skills may be replaced.
2. Retraining- employees have to be trained how to use same software and also retrained if the software is updated or replaced by another. Training is often  costly,especially in businesses. 3. Telecommuting- computer technology allows many people to work from home instead of traveling to a workplace. 4. Privacy- the risk from mobile employees working remotely from the office is a decrease in employee privacy. Private data on the device may become accessible to the employer.
5. Creation of job- with computers in the work place it have replaced job but it also creates some. All computers hardware and software has to be developed and manufactured, which creates jobs for software technicians and engineers.
